Scope of License
This License is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Licensed Application on any mobile device or personal computer that you own or control. You may not distribute or make the Licensed Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple mobile devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the Licensed Application. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this License), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application, any updates, or any part thereof (unless the foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law, or permitted by the licensing terms governing the use of any open sourced components of the Licensed Application, if any). In addition, any commercial copying or distribution, publication or exploitation of the Site, or any content, software, code, data or materials on or from the Site, are strictly prohibited unless you have received express prior written permission from us or the applicable rights holder. If you choose to use the Service to call a number outside of the Yoloo network, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your User Account. You agree to notify Yoloo immediately of any unauthorized use of your User Account or any breach of security with respect to your User Account. Yoloo will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your User Account, either with or without your knowledge. In addition, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by us or another party due to someone else using your User Account. Therefore, we recommend that you choose a password that is hard to guess and consists of letters, numbers and symbols.

Yoloo owns the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Site, Licensed Application and Service and all copies, modifications and derivative works thereof, and the underlying software «Yoloo Researches», and your use of our Service does not grant to you, nor do you acquire any ownership rights in the Yoloo Researches.
Notice concerning Copyright infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and require that the people who use the Site, Service and Licensed Application do the same. You affirm that you have the ability to enter into this License. Yoloo needs to collect information so that we can manage your relationship with us. ”Personal Information" means the information about you that is personally identifiable, like your name, address, e-mail address, billing information, or phone number, as well as other non-public information that is associated with this personal information. "Anonymous Information" means the information that is not personally identifiable, or linked to your Personal Information such as aggregated information, general demographic information and IP addresses. When you install the Yoloo Apps or register on the Site, you will be asked to provide us with your phone number, email address, name and a photo (name and photo are not mandatory) and to allow us access to your mobile device's address book.
A copy of the phone numbers and names in your address book (but not emails, notes or any other Personal Information in your address book) will be stored on our servers and will only be used to:
The copy of your address book (names and phones) is stored on a live database. This database does not have a "historical backup". If you delete the address book from our servers (more about this below), it will be deleted instantly and permanently.
Your phone number will be used for identification purposes as your Yoloo user ID.
As other Yoloo users may add your Yoloo number to their address book and see that you registered to Yoloo, we do not consider the fact that your number exists as a Yoloo number as private information.
Yoloo also maintains a Call Detail Record (CDR) for each message and call that goes through the system. These are industry standard records used by all phone companies. We maintain this information in order to better understand network behavior and trends, detect potential outages and technical issues and for public safety reasons. All log analysis is done in an anonymous, aggregate, non-personally identifiable manner. We may look into a specific Call Detail Record in response to a customer support request. We maintain CDRs for a period of no more than 12 months.
Audio calls by users are transmitted either directly from user to user or, if direct transmission is not possible (due to, for example, firewalls), Yoloo servers are used to transmit the call. In the latter scenario, the information transmitted is stored briefly in volatile memory (RAM) solely to enable the transmission of the call to the other user. WE DO NOT RECORD ANY PART OF YOUR CALL.
Yoloo may interact with your phone's SMS inbox or call history for the sole purpose of service activation, placing incoming messages in your inbox, reading the contents of the activation SMS sent to you by Yoloo. WE WILL NOT ACCESS THE CONTENTS OF ANY OTHER SMS.
Name and Photo
Should you provide your name and/or photo it will be visible to other Yoloo users as long as such users have your Yoloo number.
Online Status and Seen Status
Other users will see your connection status (whether you are online or not) as well as whether you saw messages they sent to you.
Yoloo Offnet (to PSTN lines) calling
Cookies, Clear GIFs and Other Automatically Collected Data
We may use "clear GIFs" (aka "Web beacons" or "pixel tags") or similar technologies, in the Site and/or in our communications with you to enable us to evaluate Site usage information about visitors to the Site, target campaigns, upgrade visitor information, and know whether you have visited a Web page or received a message. A clear GIF is typically a one-pixel, transparent image (although it can be a visible image as well), located on a Web page or in an e-mail or other type of message, which is retrieved from a remote site on the Internet enabling the verification of an individual's viewing or receipt of a Web page or message. A clear GIF may enable us to relate your viewing or receipt of a Web page or message to other information about you, including your Personal Information.
Our servers may automatically collect data about your Internet address when you visit the Site. This information, known as an Internet Protocol address, or IP Address, is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you are on the Internet. Yoloo websites and software clients are not intended for or designed to attract anyone under the age of 13 and we do not intentionally or knowingly collect Personal Information on our sites from anyone under the age of 13 (or older in some jurisdictions). We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to ensure that no information is collected from a child without parental permission.
We take reasonable precaution to protect Personal Information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. Although we cannot guarantee that Personal Information will not be subject to unauthorized access, we have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in place to protect Personal Information. Personal Information is stored on our servers and protected by secured networks to which access is limited to a few authorized employees and personnel. Due to technological reasons, we do not know if and when you delete the application. Therefore, if we detect no activity from your device for 1 year, we will assume that you deleted the application and we will remove your Yoloo account from our servers. Please note that your Yoloo credit (balance) shall expire together with account removal.
